Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness for the hotel, including public areas and guestrooms. You will lead the housekeeping team, coach staff, manage schedules and costs, and coordinate with Engineering on repairs and maintenance.

The role emphasizes maintaining brand standards, driving service excellence, and creating a welcoming environment for guests, with opportunities for leadership growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in hotels or related fields.
• Prior Executive Housekeeper experience.
• Experience leading teams in housekeeping.
• Experience with brand standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Housekeeping staff, coaching and motivating to maintain morale.
• Establishes standards and schedules to meet service levels and occupancy.
• Manages department finances, budgeting and labor cost under guidelines.
• Inspects rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Recommends repairs, decor changes and space utilization with Engineering.
