Job summary

Raines Co. in Florence, SC seeks an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the hotel's overall cleanliness and guest experience. You will lead housekeeping staff, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with brand standards across guest rooms and public areas.

In this role you will coordinate with Engineering and safety programs, train staff on chemicals and HazMat procedures, and drive continuous improvement to keep the property at the highest standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in hotels or related fields.
• Prior Executive Housekeeper experience.
• Experience leading teams in all areas of housekeeping.
• Experience with brand standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Housekeeping staff, coaching, counseling and motivating the team to maintain morale and performance.
• Plans work schedules and daily assignments according to occupancy and labor standards.
• Manages department finances, budget development and reporting; monitors productivity.
• Inspects room quality and facilities to ensure service standards are met.
• Submits recommendations for repairs and space utilization; coordinates with Engineering on Work Orders.
• Maintains supplies and inventory; ensures proper chemical usage and HazMat compliance.
• Ensures proper lost-and-found procedures and use of company-wide tools and systems.
