Fairfield Inn Greenwood SC is seeking an Executive Housekeeper (Hourly) to lead the housekeeping team, control labor and costs, and ensure the highest quality of cleanliness across all hotel areas in line with brand standards and company values.

The role requires 3+ years in a branded hotel, a high school diploma, and professionalism with excellent attendance. Candidates must hold a valid state driver's license; hourly compensation is offered with opportunities for growth within the property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the housekeeping team via daily shift meetings.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to meet sanitation and brand standards.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and invoices for payment.
• Ensure safety and security measures are followed.
• Train, coach, and supervise staff; manage timecards.
• Address guest issues with professionalism and hospitable attitude.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to address repairs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and ADA policies.
