Job summary

Smoky Mountain Resorts is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations and staff in our Smoky Mountain resort. The role requires strong leadership, training, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Expect 8–10+ hour shifts, 5 or 6 days weekly, with peak demand on holidays and weekends. Pay ranges from $23.00–$25.00 per hour plus a $2.00/hr differential on Sundays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of management experience supervising 5–10 staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work 8–10+ hours per shift, 5–6 days per week based on occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping department operations and staffing.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in all guest rooms and public areas.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures across the department.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members; monitor performance.
• Oversee inventory and scheduling to meet occupancy demand.
