Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for the Sheraton Northbrook Hotel in Northbrook, IL. You will supervise room attendants, ensure rooms meet brand standards, and coordinate with front desk, engineering and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, experience with major hotel brands, and proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to walk, stand for long periods, lift up to 15 lbs regularly, and push/pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises room cleaners in the prompt and efficient housekeeping of customer rooms
• Inspects all check out/stay over rooms after they are made up to ensure they are cleaned to Company standards
• Coordinates housekeeping work with related departments such as front desk, engineering, banquet services and room services
• Ensures completion by following through on orders
• Coordinates housekeeping activities with other hotel departments to facilitate guest satisfaction
