Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Topeka North is seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the hotel's high cleanliness standards and brand compliance. You will supervise staff, inspect rooms, and coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, extensive hotel housekeeping experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Housekeeper in a hotel environment OR 3 years of hotel housekeeping experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Continuous hotel experience is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum 3 years of hotel housekeeping experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Continuous hotel experience is required. Candidates without recent and consistent hotel housekeeping experience will not be considered.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout a shift.
