Executive Housekeeper (Maintenance)
Directly supervise all maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping personnel to ensure the proper completion of all duties. Coordinate all cleaning and maintenance activities of the hotel facilities, including routine and deep cleaning of guestrooms, public areas, back of the house, laundry operations, and scheduled preventative maintenance. Ensure the hotel's appearance from the entrance to the roof is maintained. Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the parking lot, walkways, landscaping, service and trash areas, and the exterior of all buildings. Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled by the General Manager.
Schedule all housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance personnel. Track and maintain labor hours and standards for all activities.
Control and manage operational expenses, including labor, overtime, supplies, etc., and implement cost-saving strategies. Monitor daily costs per occupied room (CPOR) for all activities.
Ensure the hotel meets or exceeds brand and mission standards for facilities and guest satisfaction.
Motivate, coach, and train team members. Set goals, provide feedback, and recognize achievements. Demonstrate integrity, ownership, effective communication, promote collaboration, and foster a positive work environment. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
