Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Wilmington Downtown is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton brand cleanliness and service standards.

You will supervise staff, inspect spaces for cleanliness, assign tasks, train new team members, coordinate room turnover with Front Desk, manage supplies and inventory, and address guest requests promptly while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience preferred.
• Hilton brand experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
