The Position

We seek an Executive Housekeeper responsible for managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining standards, and contributing to safety and security protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily housekeeping operations, assign rooms, oversee laundry, and special cleaning duties
  • Manage key distribution, guest requests, and conduct inspections
  • Maintain storage areas and ensure effective communication across shifts
  • Develop and train a high-performance team, manage budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and health standards
  • Monitor inventory, report damages, and oversee deep cleaning programs
  • Participate in management meetings to align department goals
Minimum Requirements
  • Professional, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize, manage workflow, and communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of housekeeping equipment and supplies
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to stay calm in hectic situations
