We are seeking a Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) to develop and evaluate environmental sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with all contractual provisions.

Experience: The candidate must have experience in hospital or healthcare housekeeping management, preferably within a large and complex facility. A minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as a CEH Manager is required. Certification of experience and copies of formal training programs (e.g., National Executive Housekeeping Association - NEHA) must be submitted prior to employment. Familiarity with federal regulations related to hospital sanitation, infection control, and environmental services is essential.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are necessary. The ability to manage a diverse team and coordinate across departments is vital.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, environmental services, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the housekeeping department, managing staff including supervisors, custodians, and support personnel.
  2. Ensure all hospital areas, such as patient rooms, surgical suites, outpatient clinics, and research laboratories, meet cleanliness and infection control standards.
  3. Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
