An established industry player is seeking a dedicated ODC Deck Hand for a seasonal role. The ODC Deck Hand position is a seasonal role supervised by the Facilities Director. The staff will perform pool deck cleaning and building preparation tasks according to a scheduled plan, ensuring timely completion. The Deck Hand must be aware of safety issues for themselves and others, and communicate any facility concerns to the Facility Director promptly.
Reports to: Facilities Director
Core Expectations:
Qualifications: Basic knowledge of cleaning processes is preferred. Ability to develop positive working relationships with staff, volunteers, and members is essential. Providing excellent customer service with enthusiasm is required.
Physical Requirements: The employee must be able to climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, reach, sit, stand for extended periods, walk, lift/move up to 25 pounds, perform repetitive motions, talk, hear, and have good visual acuity.
