Job summary

The St. Anthony, A Luxury Collection Hotel in San Antonio seeks a Director of Operations to lead on-site F&B, Culinary, Rooms and Housekeeping with a strategic and hands-on approach.

This executive will partner with General Manager and ownership to drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence during a period of transition and growth, maintaining luxury standards across outlets.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive hotel operations leadership experience with substantial F&B leadership.
• Experience as Director of Operations or senior hotel leadership preferred.
• Luxury, upper-upscale, or complex hotel experience preferred.
• Experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Strong understanding of hotel financial management, labor productivity, budgeting.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for F&B and Culinary operations.
• Align culinary strategy with hotel operations, financial expectations, guest experience, and ownership priorities.
• Lead the planning and execution of new F&B activations and programming.
• Drive departmental productivity through effective labor planning, scheduling, forecasting, and productivity.
• Maintain a highly visible presence in guest-facing areas to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.
