Job summary

MGM Resorts International’s Borgata in Atlantic City seeks an Executive Host to elevate guest experiences by managing a vibrant casino customer base and delivering exceptional service. You will evaluate activity to authorize incentives and work to build lasting relationships with high-value guests.

Greet guests on check-in/out, process reservations in VIPR/AUTOCAB/OPERA, and participate in events to promote marketing efforts while maintaining guest privacy and compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or casino operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide incentives and approvals (e.g., comps, allowances).
• Maintain and develop property’s customer base by meeting and engaging with guests.
• Greet guests from assigned regions during check-in/check-out and provide personalized service.
• Process reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA & PATRON systems.
• If authorized, grant marker authorization limits to qualifying guests.
• Attend special events to promote marketing efforts and greet customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and comply with company policies.
• Resolve customer disputes to the satisfaction of the guest and company.
• Comply with Title 31 and mandatory compliance training.
