Job summary

Northfield Park Racino is seeking an Executive Host to maintain and expand the property's casino customer base while expediting processes to ensure exceptional service. You will assess customer activity and apply appropriate incentives using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA and PATRON systems to enhance guest experiences.

The role requires a reliable team player with strong communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, and 2+ years in customer service or casino operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of strong customer service and relationship-building experience to support clientele and elevate guest experience.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in casino operations, casino marketing or VIP services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide incentives and may authorize comps and allowances.
• Assist in maintaining and developing the property’s customer base through meetings and interactions with customers.
• Greet customers from assigned regions upon check-in/check-out and provide personalized service.
• Process customers’ reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA & PATRON management systems.
• Attend special events to promote marketing efforts and greet customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information per company policies.
• Resolve customer disputes to the satisfaction of the customer and company.
• Comply with local laws, Title 31, and mandatory trainings.

Description

It is the primary responsibility of the Executive Host to assist in maintaining the property's casino customer base while expediting processes to ensure excellent customer service. The Executive Host will use appropriate judgment to execute casino customer requests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with NFP Marketing polices practices and procedures.

Schedule

In this role, you will work 3:00pm-11:00pm, Thursday through Monday.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and may have authorization to approve minimum amount of comps and allowances (i.e. room, food, beverage, event tickets, free play, airfare or discounts).
• Assist in maintaining and developing property’s customer base through meeting and interacting with customers.
• Ensure customers from assigned regions are greeted upon check-in & check-out and provides personalized service throughout their stay to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Process customers’ reservations by using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA & PATRON management systems.
• If authorized, grant marker authorization limits to qualifying customers.
• Attend special event functions when appropriate to promote marketing efforts and greet customers.
• Maintain highly confidential customer information by enforcing the privacy of all guests and limits requests for information about such guests in accordance with company policies.
• Resolve customer disputes and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
• Comply with all local laws, Title 31 and attends all the mandatory compliance and training sessions.
