Longevity Health Plan is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead its operating platform, overseeing Membership, Network Management, Health Plan Operations, Business Enablement, and IPA operations. Based in Boca Raton, FL, the COO will translate strategy into operational execution and drive sustainable financial performance across markets.

Reporting to the CEO, the role provides executive leadership, establishes governance, and aligns clinical and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, value-based care, and IPA operations.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities
