BairesDev is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to source and place senior leaders for our global clients. You will lead search strategies, assess cultural fit, and close offers that meet client and candidate expectations.

Join a 100% remote, globally distributed team. You will work independently on multiple searches, collaborating with clients across industries to place top executives with high impact potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for US candidates and commercial openings.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of various industries and understanding of executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute customized search strategies to identify high-caliber talent for executive or senior-level roles.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively identify and attract top-tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.
