Ag1Source - Executive Recruiting is seeking a proven General Manager to lead a growing agribusiness at a pivotal stage. You will set strategic direction, drive growth, and build a high-performance organization.

You will own the P&L, shape culture, and align operations across manufacturing, logistics, sales, and support to deliver sustainable results. This role reports to ownership and the board and requires executive presence in the industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in agribusiness or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive performance.
• Strong operational, manufacturing, and financial management expertise.
• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the business.
• Owning full P&L, revenue growth, margins, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Lead and align teams across operations, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, sales, customer support, and administration.
• Develop and execute strategies driving sustainable growth and profitability.
• Strengthen customer, dealer, channel partner, and stakeholder relationships.
• Create organizational alignment around a shared vision and objectives.
• Maximize operational efficiency and return on capital investments.
• Collaborate with ownership and board on investments and performance.
• Serve as a visible leader and ambassador within the industry.
