Job summary

Petra Growth Advisors is hiring Growth Advisors to work remotely with CEO and executive teams across the United States. You will build your Petra practice by leveraging your network, developing trusted relationships, and partnering with Petra's Sales and Marketing team to assemble a portfolio of 10 to 15 member companies.

Advise CEOs and leadership teams on strategy, growth, and execution while coaching leaders and supporting accountability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in meaningful senior leadership roles.
• Owned significant responsibility for strategy, people, financial performance, and business results.
• Led leaders, not just individual contributors.
• Operated a business at meaningful scale, ideally $10M+ in revenue.
• Able to earn the trust of a CEO, ask hard questions, and move a leadership team toward action.
• Enjoy developing leaders and facilitating strategic conversations.
• Strong professional network and comfortable creating opportunities through relationships.
• Based in the U.S. with access to a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Petra Practice by developing trusted relationships and a portfolio of 10–15 member companies.
• Advise CEOs and leadership teams on strategy, growth, execution, and leadership decisions.
• Develop executives and emerging leaders in communication, accountability, delegation, feedback, conflict, and decision-making.
