Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a General Manager, Hyperscale Manufacturing, Engineering & Warehousing Operations for its Secaucus, NJ campus. You will provide strategic leadership across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, quality, and engineering to drive operational excellence and scalable growth for hyperscale, AI, cloud, and networking products.

Reporting to the VP, Global Manufacturing, you will build a high-performing leadership team, implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and own site

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in complex, high- technology environments.
• 10+ years leading large-scale manufacturing operations, business units, campuses, or multiple sites.
• Experience supporting hyperscale infrastructure, cloud, AI, server, storage, networking, or related technology markets.
• Proven success leading manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, quality, and engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated experience driving operational excellence, facility growth, automation initiatives, and organizational transformation.
• Global manufacturing and supply chain experience preferred.
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing, warehousing, quality, engineering, logistics, and fulfillment operations.
• Create a culture that puts people first, promotes ownership, and fosters collaboration and accountability.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth, scalability, and customer success.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, quality systems, supply chain operations, and warehouse activities.
• Lead capital investment planning, facility improvements, automation initiatives, and capacity expansion projects.
• Establish meaningful KPIs and reporting systems to drive visibility, accountability, and performance.
• Ensure successful product launches, production ramps, and new customer implementations.
• Develop organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
