Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a General Manager for Hyperscale Manufacturing, Engineering & Warehousing Operations in Secaucus, NJ. This executive will lead manufacturing, warehousing, quality, engineering, and logistics to enable growth and customer success.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years of manufacturing leadership in high-tech environments, with 10+ years leading large-scale operations, and a strong track record in Lean Six Sigma, automation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, business, or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 15+ years progressive manufacturing leadership experience in complex, high-technology environments.
• 10+ years leading large-scale manufacturing operations, campuses, or multiple sites.
• Experience supporting hyperscale infrastructure, cloud, AI, server, storage, networking markets preferred.
• Proven success building and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site manufacturing, warehousing, quality, engineering, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Develop a high-performing leadership team and culture of accountability.
• Establish scalable operating systems, processes, and KPIs.
• Lead NPI, product transfers, capacity expansion, and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
