Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in membrane or water treatment.
• Proven success managing production teams and implementing KPIs.
• Experience launching or expanding facilities and scaling operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Knoxville plant.
• Drive safety and continuous improvement culture.
• Partner with HR on staffing and training initiatives.
• Ensure execution of production plans aligned with customer demand.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility upgrades as required.
