Job summary

Cooper’s Plumbing & Air in Bainbridge, GA is seeking an experienced CEO/General Manager to translate the corporate vision into disciplined execution across HVAC, plumbing, sales, installation, dispatch, and admin operations.

You will build leaders, drive profitability, oversee budgets and KPIs, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement while guiding growth in the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior management or executive leadership experience preferred.
• Proven success managing business operations, budgets, and profitability.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, financial reporting, KPIs, and business strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders, improve performance, and build accountable teams.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple departments and driving organizational growth.
• Proficiency with business management technology; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, or residential home services leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Commitment to integrity, employee development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ownership to establish annual goals, budgets, and long-term growth plans.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, sales, installation, dispatch, and administrative operations.
• Lead department managers, establish measurable goals, and ensure accountability.
• Develop leadership talent, improve employee retention, and strengthen company culture.
• Evaluate opportunities for service expansion, market growth, and operational improvements.
