Job summary

Colliers seeks a General Manager to oversee a commercial building portfolio in New York City, directing operations, financial activities and capital projects. You will lead a property management team, ensuring lease compliance, client relations and proactive asset management.

Experience in tenant improvements, capital expenditures and knowledge of NYC regulations is preferred; on-site work plus an annual bonus is available.

• 10+ years in commercial property management with a proven track record.
• Strong client relations, budgeting and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with tenant improvements and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients, tenants and partners.
• Ensure lease compliance, review contracts and manage budgets.
• Lead and develop the property management team and staff.
• Oversee tenant improvement and capital projects with owner coordination.
• Prepare ownership reports and analyze financial performance vs. goals.
• Support leasing efforts and align operations with market needs.
