Job summary

Colliers is seeking a General Manager for our NYC portfolio, overseeing operations, financial activities, and construction projects to maximize asset value. You will lead a cross-functional team and coordinate with ownership to ensure efficient property performance.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial property management, strong client relations, and deep knowledge of leases, contracts, and capital projects. A BA/BS and advanced MS Office skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/ review monthly or quarterly ownership reports.
• Supervise and develop property management staff.
• Ensure lease compliance and manage contracts and invoices.
• Support leasing efforts with ownership and marketing teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
