Job summary

Ferrari Dallas, part of US Auto Trust, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the dealership’s operations across sales, finance, service and parts. The GM will drive profitability, customer retention and operational excellence while coordinating leadership teams and ensuring high standards of service.

Key requirements include 5+ years of GM experience, Ferrari or high-line brand familiarity, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a General Manager preferred.
• Ferrari or Ultra high line experience required.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, motivates, directs, and monitors all dealership department managers and supervisory personnel functions.
• Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
• Plans short- and long-term dealership goals, objectives, and forecasts annually and submits to corporate management for approval.
• Overseeing and securing the dealership’s financial and operational assets.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
