Job summary

Venteon is seeking an experienced General Manager – MRO near Cincinnati, OH, to lead an FAA-certified repair station. The role demands extensive leadership in an FAA Part 145 MRO, with strong P&L oversight, regulatory compliance, and customer relationship management.

The position is full-time and reports to the CEO, offering strategic leadership of an established aerospace repair operation and opportunities for growth within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an FAA Part 145 MRO operation.
• Strong background in P&L and budget oversight.
• Proven ability to drive operational performance in aerospace.
• Regulatory compliance expertise in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of an aerospace MRO facility under CEO oversight.
• Direct daily maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Maintain full P&L accountability and optimize labor, materials, and costs.
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Oversee customer quotations, bidding, and service agreements.
• Ensure FAA Part 145 regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Serve as primary executive contact for major customers.
