Job summary

Venteon is seeking an experienced General Manager MRO to lead an FAA-certified aerospace repair station near Cincinnati, OH. The role requires executive-level leadership, P&L ownership, and deep regulatory knowledge to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include directing daily MRO operations, ensuring safety and quality, managing budgets, and partnering with customers and suppliers to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FAA Part 145 MRO operations.
• Strong background in P&L oversight and budgets.
• Proven ability to drive operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of an aerospace MRO facility, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Direct daily maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain full P&L accountability, overseeing budgets, revenue, labor, and costs.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for turnaround time, backlog, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Chief Inspector to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Lead customer quotations, bids, and maintenance service agreements.
• Communicate updates on financial results and operational risks to executives.
