The Ladder Method, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Executive Functioning Learning Specialist for an in-person, part-time role (12–15 hours/week). You will coach middle school to young adults and adults, helping them learn effective study and life skills using our curriculum.
Applicants should have a BA/BS, a driver’s license, and the ability to commute to client homes. Experience with neurodivergent individuals and high-net-worth clients is a plus.
This is a part time position, approximately 12-15 hours a week. Hours depend on nature of requests.
Must be located in Los Angeles, with a preference for West Los Angeles (Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades).

The compensation range for this position is $60-$75 hourly. Compensation depends on experience and education.
