Job summary

The Monarch School and Institute seeks an Executive Function Coach to join its interdisciplinary team. The role supports students with neurological differences using the Monarch Integrated Methodology and collaborates with professional educators, parents, and therapists to implement individualized plans.

Responsibilities include coaching, crisis-prevention, admissions support, and development of home/school plans aligned with the 4 Core Goals™.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, education, ABA, or related field, or enrolled in a related Master’s program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Monarch Integrated Methodology to strengthen relationships with students.
• Complete required Safety-Care training and apply crisis-prevention practices.
• Assist with admissions by reviewing materials and supporting applicants during visits.
• Review assessments and briefs on student strengths and needs before/after admissions.
• Develop treatment plans with clinicians, parents, and students using the Four Core Goals™.
• Provide in-class support and modeling for teachers, including weekly coaching sessions.
• Coordinate with therapy staff to ensure consistent language and actions.
