Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to set the strategic direction for the FP&A organization. You will collaborate with executive leadership and global finance teams to provide timely financial analysis and modeling that drives value-creating business decisions.

Reporting to the EVP & CFO, you will partner with various departments to optimize Micron’s financial performance and guide critical investments across the company.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in globally dispersed teams.
• Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA/CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A including annual plans, forecasting, reporting and revenue analysis.
• Develop strategies to maximize enterprise value and set company-wide capital allocation targets.
• Develop and track company-wide critical metrics.
• Partner with BU, Supply Chain and Sales leaders to identify strategic initiatives.
• Drive alignment and control in the spending process.
• Present critical financial matters to the Finance Committee and board meetings.
• Communicate with the Executive Team including weekly flash and quarterly performance.
• Establish ROI metrics for major expenditures and provide data-driven insights.
• Develop complex financial models and support finance transformation.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to implement data-driven improvements.
