Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and executive reporting. You will partner with senior finance leadership, Product FP&A, and business leaders to drive accurate analytics and strategic decision-making across brands and cost centers.

You will oversee the cadence of operating plans, budgeting, and monthly reviews, while guiding a high-performing FP&A team and strengthening the financial storytelling for the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with leadership experience.
• Experience in a large multi-brand organization; direct-to-consumer/home services a plus.
• Experience owning board reporting and executive materials.
• Experience supporting high-growth or PE-backed companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating planning and long-range budgeting.
• Own quarterly forecasting and weekly pacing with variance analysis.
• Develop board-ready reporting and executive-level summaries.
• Provide strategic insights and partnering with strategy, Sales and Ops teams.
• Lead and develop the Corporate FP&A and G&A FP&A teams.
