Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, to drive enterprise‑level financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will be a key partner to the FP&A Manager, maintaining NSPB, and delivering actionable insights for decision makers.

The role requires 2+ years in corporate FP&A, advanced Excel, and experience with NetSuite/NSPB. You will collaborate cross‑functionally to improve forecasting accuracy and support annual planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models
• Experience with enterprise planning and budgeting tools, particularly NetSuite/NSPB
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support NSPB tool as co-owner, including forecast setup and maintenance
• Conduct monthly variance analysis of costs and metrics
• Assist weekly forecasting with revenue, margins, and headcount updates
• Prepare material for Monthly Business Review (MBR) and executive presentations
• Contribute to quarterly forecast cycle and annual planning
• Build dashboards/reports using Tableau, Salesforce and similar tools
• Support balance sheet and cash flow modeling and data requests from teams
