Job summary

Elevate Jet is seeking an Executive Vice President, Director of Operations to own our Part 135 flight operations under FAR Part 119. You will manage P&L across Elevate Aviation Group and Elevate Jet and sit on the Senior Leadership Team.

This is a flying executive role; you will serve as PIC on international operations and coordinate with maintenance, flight ops, and client services to grow revenue and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Director of Operations or Chief Pilot in a Part 135 operation with P&L ownership.
• Experience running flight ops across multiple brands under one certificate.
• Proven ability to build FAA relationships through audits and inspections.
• Experience driving customer growth in premium services.
• Executive accountability for safety culture, regulatory standing, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Hold full regulatory authority as Director of Operations under FAR Part 119.
• Oversee P&L and commercial responsibility for Part 135 flight operations.
• Uphold safety culture and risk posture across the certificate.
• Lead FAA audits, inspections, and certificate matters.
• Drive client retention and revenue through operations leadership.
