Job summary

Elevate Aviation Group in Plano, TX seeks an EVP, Director of Operations to own our Part 135 operations under FAR Part 119, with full P&L responsibility. You will oversee the Director of Maintenance, Chief Pilot, and Flight Operations teams and report to the Senior Leadership Team.

You will act as the executive POC for the FAA during audits and inspections, drive client growth with charter sales, and ensure safety culture and regulatory compliance across both Elevate Aviation Group and Elevate

Qualifications

• Experience as Director of Operations or Chief Pilot for Part 135 with 5+ years of ownership.
• Direct flight operations across multiple brands under one certificate.
• Proven FAA relationship management through audits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Full regulatory authority and accountability as Director of Operations under FAR Part 119.
• P&L and commercial responsibility for the Part 135 flight operations business.
• Champion safety culture and regulatory compliance across the operation.
• Lead client services and charter sales in partnership with revenue teams.
• Serve on the Senior Leadership Team and interface with FAA District Office.
