Vaco by Highspring in New York is seeking an Executive Recruiter specializing in accounting and finance interim solutions. You will develop relationships, build a talent pipeline, and recruit for interim, contract, project, and direct-hire roles within the local market.

You will collaborate with business development, manage the full recruiting cycle from outreach to onboarding, and present qualified candidates with compelling summaries to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing qualified professionals.
• Established local accounting/finance network preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with accounting and finance professionals.
• Build a steady pipeline through referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Recruit for interim, contract, project, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Partner with business development to understand client needs.
• Manage recruiting from outreach to onboarding.
• Present qualified candidates with clear summaries to clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate, job, and activity information in ATS/CRM.
• Achieve recruiting activity, placement, revenue, and gross-margin objectives.
