Job summary

Lone Star College System is seeking a Chief Finance and Partnerships Officer (CFPO) for LSC-Online. You will lead the financial health, revenue diversification, and partnership strategy to support growth in a fully online environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, including 5 in management, plus strong leadership and regulatory acumen. This onsite role emphasizes collaboration across campuses in Texas.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least 10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience must include at least 5 years in a management level position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and oversight of LSC-Online's annual operating budget, multi-year projections, and resource allocation.
• Design and manage financial models for pricing structures, including subscription and tuition models.
• Provide executive-level financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
• Establish internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with policies.
• Monitor ROI for strategic initiatives and reallocate resources as needed.
• Identify, develop, and manage alternative revenue streams including partnerships and grants.
• Lead grant acquisition strategy from identification to reporting and closeout.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies for Microcredentials and Digital-First offerings.
• Oversee the Business Office operations including student accounts and billing.
• Develop philanthropic and foundation partnership strategies to support student success.
• Cultivate relationships with employers and workforce boards to create enrollment pipelines.
• Represent LSC-Online in system-level partnership discussions and regional forums.
