Lone Star College System seeks a strategic Chief Finance & Partnerships Officer for LSC-Online, reporting to the President. This executive leads financial health, revenue diversification, and external partnerships to advance the Vision Plan.

The CFPO oversees budgeting, multi-year projections, pricing models, and compliance, while cultivating employer collaborations and grant programs to support student success in a fully online environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree and at least 10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience must include at least 5 years in a management level position.
• Preferred qualifications include a Doctoral degree.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of LSC-Online's annual operating budget, multi-year financial projections, and resource allocation strategy.
• Design and manage financial models for non-traditional pricing structures, including new tuition models, subscription enrollment, and accelerated programs.
• Provide executive-level financial reporting and analysis to the President and senior leaders.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identify, develop, and manage alternative revenue streams and partnerships to support vision and growth.
