• Minimum of 7 years in a related industry, with at least the last 5+ years in a management/supervisory role.
• CPA is a plus and beneficial for the role.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the community.
• Establish and maintain strong accounting controls and efficient financial processes.
• Lead the analysis and interpretation of financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with operations to support business decisions and financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Identify and help mitigate business and enterprise risks.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support effective financial operations.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Finance to join Ann's Choice, continuing care retirement community in Warminster, PA, home to more than 2,000 residents. How You Will Make An Impact

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $135,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus

This position is onsite full time and does not offer a hybrid schedule. It is located on a beautiful campus where you will have access to many of the dining venues and other amenities.

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 7 years in a related/similar industry with at least the last 5+ years in a management/supervisory role.
• CPA is a plus
• Critical thinking ability required. Must be able to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues
