Job summary

Eramet is seeking an Administrative and Financial Director (W/M) in Owendo, Gabon. The role reports to the Secretary General, leads finance, accounting and tax policy, and oversees a ~40-person finance team within a major mining and metallurgical group.

You will provide executives with reliable financial information, manage cash, Treasury operations, and ensure compliance with OHADA standards and Concession obligations, in a high-investment environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or business school is required.
• 15+ years of proven experience in management control and general accounting.
• Experience in Africa in similar roles and knowledge of OHADA standards.
• Experience with lenders and producing reporting to international standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Setrag’s Finance function and define the company’s financial, accounting and tax policy.
• Provide Executive Management with reliable financial information to support decision-making.
• Oversee accounting, consolidation, OPEX/CAPEX controlling, treasury and taxation.
• Manage a team of ~40 employees and develop the Finance function.
• Ensure compliance with Gabonese laws, internal controls and Eramet Group standards.
• Produce statutory and internal reporting for executives and shareholders.
• Negotiate and arrange financing and manage relationships with lenders.
