Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations while aligning clinical services with business plans to meet clinical, performance, and financial goals.

The Administrator will stay long-term to bring measurable impact to the organization, lead with integrity, and coordinate with leadership and staff to sustain high-quality care and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in long term care or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between governing body and Center personnel.
• Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
• Ensures recruitment and retention of quality, professional, service-oriented personnel.
• Represents the Center’s place in the community at large.
• Participates in the development and implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company.
