The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of leadership experience in multifamily facilities, strong project management skills, and expertise in building systems, committed to making a positive impact in underserved communities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience overseeing multifamily facilities, construction, maintenance, or asset preservation across multiple properties.
• Strong experience managing contractors, consultants, vendors, and third-party management companies.
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive five-year capital improvement strategy across the portfolio.
• Manage annual capital expenditures exceeding $1 million.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify deficiencies and prioritize capital needs.
• Lead development and asset preservation initiatives.
