Job summary

Leisure Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations, including on-property and related services. You will manage budgets, labor costs, staff development, and guest satisfaction while maintaining standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Three to five years F&B experience preferred, including kitchen, banquet and restaurant/bar.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of hotel F&B operations.
• Front and back of house experience required.
• Positive and assertive hands-on management style.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, delegation and time-management abilities.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct all F&B operations to deliver exceptional guest service and manage costs.
• Forecast, schedule, and coordinate restaurant, banquet, and catering functions.
• Lead kitchen and service teams to maintain high quality and profitability.
• Hire, train, evaluate performance, and discipline staff when needed.
• Plan department budgets, inventory, and cost controls daily.
• Develop new menu items and assist catering with special menus.
