Job summary

Leisure Hotels & Resorts seeks a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations across the hotel and related services. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage costs, and lead culinary and service teams to achieve budget targets.

Responsibilities include forecasting, scheduling, menu planning, inventory, staff development, and maintaining quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills required; experience across kitchen, banquet, and restaurant/bar

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years F&B experience including kitchen, banquet and restaurant/bar.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of hotel F&B operations.
• Front and back of house experience required.
• Positive, assertive hands-on management style.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-priority management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all F&B functions to deliver exceptional guest service and meet budget targets.
• Forecast, schedule, direct restaurant, bar, banquet and catering operations.
• Oversee kitchen and F&B departments to maintain quality and profitability.
• Hire, train, evaluate performance, and discipline staff when needed.
• Plan and monitor F&B administration, planning and staffing needs.
• Ensure menus, recipes, equipment, and inventory are current and stocked.
