SMI Hotel Group is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee general operations across dining and events. You will drive revenue, manage budgets, and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications include 8+ years in F&B with at least 5 in management, strong budgeting and people development skills, and the ability to work long hours, including weekends. The role emphasizes service quality, standards, and collaborative cross-functional leadership.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years experience in food & beverage, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and sales performance preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with management, team, guests, and partners.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, mathematics, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Flexible schedule with varying shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and achieve quality, service, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Communicate and implement company initiatives and priorities.
• Develop menus, beverages, promotions, and programs with Culinary Team.
• Drive revenue and manage operating expenses across all areas.
• Oversee restaurant, bar, banquet, and other F&B operations and events.
• Train, supervise, and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation requirements and company policies.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, labor costs, and food/service costs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events Teams for successful event execution.
