Job summary

NVE Experience Agency is seeking an Event Coordinator to support production and accounts teams, coordinating logistics, client communications, and on-site event support. The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced agency setting.

You will work across administrative, delivery, and client-management tasks, helping ensure timely delivery and exceptional service for client events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in event planning, client services or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work with teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle logistics end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize internal/external meetings and schedules.
• Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of events.
• Update status reports, action items, and timelines.
• Support vendor procurement, venue research, and on-site tasks.
• Manage client inquiries and maintain project docs.
