Job summary

Jade Global, a leading technology consultancy, seeks a Principal Consultant – ERP Finance Domain to drive large-scale finance transformation programs in the United States. You will partner with CFOs and Finance leaders to define strategies, modernize operating models, and deliver cloud-enabled ERP finance initiatives.

The role requires depth across ERP finance modules, exceptional executive communication, and proven ability to lead complex engagements across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of ERP Finance consulting and financial systems transformation experience.
• Extensive experience leading ERP Domain Finance Cloud transformation programs for large Enterprises.
• Deep expertise across ERP Domain Finance Cloud modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, FP&A, Treasury, Cash Management, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
• Demonstrated success advising CFOs, Finance executives, and C-level leaders on Enterprise Finance strategy and financial transformation.
• Strong expertise in Finance operating model design, organizational transformation, financial strategy, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance executives, and business leadership.
• Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, and Finance transformation planning engagements.
• Lead the development of multi-year Finance transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Guide clients in tax, treasury, FP&A, and other Finance domains to cloud-enabled transformations.
• Collaborate with ERP Domain service lines and delivery teams to translate strategy into execution.
