Qualifications

• Experience in underwriting or market-facing area.
• Established broker relationships in Western region.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor underwriting rules and guidelines.
• Develop and collaborate with LOB on referrals and business needs.
• May provide guidance to lower level associates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors to support retention and acquisition.
• Support sales culture by being a Help Point for agents, brokers and customers.
• Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities.
• Complete detailed opportunity assessment with key distributors.
