Job summary

HyundaiAutoeverAmerica is seeking an Executive Principal, Infrastructure Operations to lead end‑to‑end enterprise infrastructure across datacenters, networks, cloud/hybrid platforms, and workplace services from our Irvine headquarters.

In this 5‑days‑on‑site role you will own day‑to‑day operations, drive reliability and security, manage risk and audit readiness, and shape modernization efforts with executive accountability for service health, cost control, and continuity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior IT infrastructure leadership with direct accountability.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-domain infrastructure operations.
• Deep expertise in datacenter, network, cloud/hybrid platforms, workplace, and service management.
• Strong ability to lead through operational complexity and organizational scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate core infrastructure services including datacenter, network, cloud/hybrid, platform, and workplace operations.
• Ensure 24x7x365 operational reliability, service continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Serve as the executive escalation authority for major incidents, systemic failures, and enterprise outages.
• Define and enforce clear operational accountability across internal infrastructure teams.
