Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking an early-career communicator to develop content, prepare leaders for key moments, and support employee events and communications. You will manage projects from ideas through execution with hands-on exposure to executive communications and employee experiences.

You will contribute to campaigns, shape messaging across channels, and leverage AI tools to research, create, and deliver high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in developing communications, content or related projects (internships or academic work count).
• 6+ months working with Microsoft suite.

Responsibilities

• Create communications that connect.
• Develop clear, engaging content across formats and channels for diverse audiences.
• Prepare executives for internal and external engagements with presentations and talking points.
• Support employee events and campaigns and manage projects from ideation to execution.
• Research business and audience needs and translate insights into actionable communications.
