Job summary

Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an executive communications specialist to help shape the voice and strategic narrative for Intel's Client Computing and Physical AI Group leadership. You will drive high-impact internal and external communications and translate complex business and technology strategies into clear narratives for key audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of writing, editing, and storytelling experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in large, complex, tech-focused organizations.
• Experience with stakeholder and project management.
• Developing written communications across formats and audiences.
• Experience creating executive communications strategies (speechwriting, talking points, op-eds, messaging).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies that advance business priorities, technology strategy, and organizational goals.
• Translate complex business and technology topics into clear narratives for internal/external audiences.
• Influence communication approaches across teams and align stakeholders on priority messaging.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for executive communications and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Collaborate across HR, Corporate and Product Communications, Analyst Relations, Marketing, Investor Relations and more to align narratives.
• Prepare executives for high-impact moments with strategic briefs, messaging, speeches, and Q&A materials.
• Shape employee engagement through all-hands, leadership meetings, forums, and site visits.
